It’s honestly frustrating that I have to drive 30–40 minutes just to find a good salon, but Thrash and Sassy makes it 100% worth it. I had an amazing experience from start to finish. I went to Brittany with my hair extremely tangled(I have natural hair). I asked her to cut it off because I just felt the tangle was impossible to untangle. She looked at my hair and said you don’t need to cut it off unless you just want to.. I really didn’t want to cut off, but I just felt it was impossible. She untangled my hair, not only did she untangle it. It did not hurt(i’m tender headed). I sat there and could not believe that she treated it conditioned it as she untangled my hair. She washed and blow dried it to my surprise. She did an excellent job she is patient. Has a wealth of hair knowledge. She does it all Hair related styles. When my primary hairstylist temporarily closed her shop for renovations in September 2024, I found myself searching for someone who could maintain my signature style with the same level of care and professionalism. A coworker highly recommended Brittany at Thrash & Sassy — and I’m so glad I listened!

From the moment I walked into her salon, Brittany impressed me with her professionalism, friendliness, and attentiveness. She’s a great listener, has a wonderful sense of humor, and, most importantly, is a truly talented and seasoned stylist who genuinely cares about the health of her clients’ hair. When I first met her, I showed her photos of how I typically wore my hair. Although spiking wasn’t her specialty, Brittany didn’t shy away — she gave it her best effort and did an outstanding job replicating my style. Honestly, most people didn’t even realize I had switched stylists!

Brittany maintained my hair and rinse color beautifully for five months, from October 2024 through February 2025. I visited her weekly, and she was always accommodating and flexible, even when she was booked solid. Her commitment to customer service and her talent/gift made what could have been a stressful transition feel seamless.

Although my primary stylist has since reopened, I am so grateful for Brittany’s exceptional care and plan to keep her on speed dial as my trusted backup stylist. She knows my style, understands my preferences, and has earned my complete trust.

I only started coming to Brittany two years ago now, but I'm glad I found her!

After trying and failing at maintaining my natural hair, I decided that it was time to go back to the relaxer. Though, I knew I couldn't trust just anyone to put such chemicals in my hair and my previous stylist no longer does hair. After seeing Brittany's talks about hair on Facebook Live, many times, I asked a few questions and ultimately decided she would be the one I go to. She's very knowledgeable and truly cares about her clients and their hair. I always leave feeling fantastic.
